ITALIAN MILITARY SURPLUS NAVAL OFFICERS CAP
Naval officer's dress cap with one vinyl cover and two cotton covers. Screws at the temple hold the cover in place and when warranted gold braid. Additional embellishments are placed in the high gloss bill, normally for commanders and above. The Interior is a very comfortable leather sweatband and a circular frame that serves as the foundation for the caps covers. To form the front of the cap, a plastic riser is attached to the top and bottom of the frame. A wire stiffener is then looped through the top of the riser to give the cap its form.
